[Monitoring] Due to issues with internet providers we have been experiencing delays to data request processing. We have observed improvements in the time taken to process requests, however there may be a delay in receiving school data as the backlog of requests is cleared. Further updates will be provided as we work with service providers to resolve this issue.

[Identified] As more schools move from on premise MIS providers to cloud based providers, the Xporter Team at Community Brands has seen a big increase in the number of schools using our cloud to cloud integration service. Conducting reviews of our platforms, we have identified areas causing bottlenecks with data transfer, impacting our ability to provide our partners with fresh data on time as our cloud-based demand as risen.  We have been working hard on this and identified a number of improvements we can make and aim to have the first of these implemented by 03/03/2023.  Thank you for your patience with us, we appreciate the need to have on time, fresh data for your schools.

[Investigating] We are still investigating this issue and monitoring it closely in our logs to track improvements from our current troubleshooting. Additional improvements to the Xporter environment are planned to be deployed this week. We will communicate progress as soon as possible.

[Investigating] Dear Valued Customer, We wanted to provide further clarity and an update on the intermittent performance issues you will have been experiencing with Xporter over the past fortnight. We apologise for the time it is taking us to resolve this, and we greatly appreciate your ongoing patience. As communicated on this page, with the MIS market changes, we have seen an increased demand in schools moving to Cloud MIS, impacting our cloud infrastructure. Over the past two weeks, we have been working hard to identify the bottlenecks and are implementing changes to address the issues. We will continue to provide you with updates regularly on this status page. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

[Investigating] We have implemented a round of improvements to ensure the timeliness of data for our cloud-based MIS syncs, which have improved how quickly we can process. Additional rounds of refinement are still in progress; we will keep this page updated with the status of those changes.

[Investigating] Works have taken place to increase our capacity to process requests with further improvements scheduled to take place this weekend. We have observed some improvement in performance, however we continue to monitor the performance of the platform.
